Cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately (stuck at processing)

Question

Hi!Second one of the 2 different recordings recorded with external participants in the same project got stuck in the processing step (for almost 1 day). For this reason, I cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately to make edits on them.   Screenshot: First one is completed. Second one is stuck at processing.  Screenshot: Cannot download because one of the recordings is stuck at processing. Anybody knows a solution? Thanks!
