Cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately (stuck at processing)

Hi!

Second one of the 2 different recordings recorded with external participants in the same project got stuck in the processing step (for almost 1 day).

For this reason, I cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately to make edits on them.

Anybody knows a solution?

Hey @Harmony J I’m getting a similar issue! When I try to export the original recordings, I only get the first 40 seconds. :( (I have the template link ready)
