Creating a podcast in Welsh doesn't work since the upgrade!

I work in the Education sector and I've been using Adobe Podcast in schools for the last few months. Recording in the medium of Welsh used to transcribe the content in English but since the update I can no longer edit  any part of the recording as it says that the language is no longer supported. Will the ability to record in Welsh and transcribe in English ( to edit the podcast) return?
