Delete multiple instances of same word option

Would be nice to have an option that allows you to select multiple words to delete in one go (if there is already an option I can't see it). If you have an hour-long podcast that you want to remove all 'um's for example, it's a bit time consuming to go through the whole transcript, so a 'select all instances' of a selected word tool would help. 👍
