disappearing exising original files from the system storage after saivng the adobe podcast audio

fuccck helll there is no option for subminting a request and .. hell disappearing original video after downloading wav audio from adobe podcast my 3 days of hardwork lost .. it happens with me a few months ago too.

whn i saved that wav file in the same folder the folder became double and there are a lot of empty virus type files too and cant delete too. so there became 2 folers with same name and cant even delete it ..
