Downloads aren't working

Uploaded files have been processed but I'm not able to download them. Download speeds are a few kbs and ETA on a ~100mb wav is 6 hours.

I've tried Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Safari with all extensions disabled. I've also tried using 3 different internet connections all with different ISPs. 

I use it everyday and 12 hours ago it worked fine.
