Downloads on Adobe Podcast

I click on Download for the enhanced audio and the button changes to downloading and then reverts back to download. 

 

I have deleted recordings and then reuploaded but it makes no difference. I have Premium access.

I should have added that I found a fix on this a few months later - it seems a pop up blocker in Chrome was limiting access to the download and not letting it work!

Everything was working fine, but three days ago, files started taking forever to load, and everything stopped working. What's wrong?

Subject: Slow Download Speed in Adobe Podcast Audio Enhance (Premium Plan)

Hello Adobe Support,

I am using the Adobe Podcast Premium plan. When I enhance audio using the Audio Enhance feature, the processing completes normally, but downloading the enhanced file takes an extremely long time.

My internet connection is stable, and other downloads work normally. The issue appears specifically when downloading the enhanced audio from Adobe Podcast.

Details:
• Product: Adobe Podcast – Audio Enhance
• Plan: Premium
• Issue: Very slow download speed for enhanced files
• Occurrence: Happens every time I download the processed audio

Please check if there is a server issue or any fix for this problem. I would appreciate your help in resolving it as soon as possible.

Andrew, this time disabling the pop-up blocker wasn't enough; it was actually a software issue. We tried several solutions with users—clearing cache, unblocking pop-ups—but nothing worked. The Adobe team investigated, found, and fixed the issue. Thank you.

Hey guys, I opened a support ticket with Adobe, and yesterday (August 8th) they told me the issue was resolved.

I tested it and it's now working normally.

Hi @Andrew32080896d1ol , to clarify, when you click on the download button, and the button changes to downloading, does the enhanced file eventually download?

 

If not, please let me know! Also, what browser are you using? Thank you!

This also happens to me too; click download, it changes to downloading then back to 'download' and nothing's happened. I tried on Firefox and Chrome on android with v2. Any solutions?

Hi @teaindreamland, is this happening with all files, or just specific files? Is this also happening on desktop? If you're able to share one of the files that isn't downloading, that will help us in troubleshooting. thanks!
