Edit the transcript and then download the raw files, which include those edits.

I'm looking to use the text editor to edit my podcasts and then be able to take the raw version of those files, including the edits with individual speakers, into Adobe Audition. Is there any way to do this rather than just downloading the full version, which contains all participants?
