Enhance Speech Automatically Fails On Every Upload, Without Error Message

For about a week-and-a-half now, any time I upload a file to Enhance Speech, it fails immediately without any explanation; It just says “Enhance failed” alongside the name of the file I’ve uploaded.

I’ve ensured the files are all M4A files, no larger than about 500mb, and have even tried enhancing files I’ve successfully enhanced in the past.

I’ve tried this across two different computers (one PC and one Mac), and three browsers: Chrome, Edge, and Safari. All browsers are up-to-date, and I’ve cleared the cache and search history  on each.

There was a recent post about this made by another user that’s marked as being solved, but doesn’t offer any repeatable steps to fix, and doesn’t explain what fixed the issue.

Can someone please help?
