Enhance Speech v2 not working

Question

I've been using the enhance speech for a few weeks now but suddenly today it's just not working. After uploading my WAV file (not huge by any means, around 10 minutes long as it usually is), it just hangs and after a while, my audio file disappears and it just reverts back to the original blank state.

Why is this happening? Is the premium access service not capable of handling its current userbase?

Update: Not too long after I posted last night, I had an issue where I couldn't download the already enhanced file (there were multiple instances of them since I tried many times...). This morning, I see that it's back to normal and I can download and use it like normal.

Where can I check the status of this service? I found https://status.adobe.com/#/ but I didn't see anything there where you could check the status of podcast.adobe.com, and it would be really helpful to know what happened and what's going on at a specific point in time...
