File not downloading

Hi, I've been trying to download my video after using Enhance Speech on my phone but it doesn't download. I've tried different videos and it happens with all of them. They are smaller than 500MB. Please could someone advise? Thank you so much!

Hey guys, I opened a support ticket with Adobe, and yesterday (August 8th) they told me the issue was resolved. I tested it and it's now working normally.
