Guest audio missing

After recording for >2hrs I realise that 10mins audio from my guest is missing. a 10min segment from 1h48 to 1h58 is just gone. It’s just me nodding at the camera a I listen to my guest. FFS.

Will this audio come back? Is there a way I can go collect it?

I’ve been a big fan of Adobe Podcast but this feels like a deal breaker :-(
