HELP: the end of my recording disappeared when I uploaded some audio onto the recording

So I uploaded additional audio to the top of my episode to correct part of the recording, and then the page crashed. When I got back onto that page, the audio successfully loaded, but the end of my recording disappeared. I refreshed the page a few times more, left it open to see if it would reload, and I’ve had no success. This epsiode airs Friday. Hoping to resolve it before then.

Their support email is also broken, btw. I’m never going to recommend this platform to anyone and on the verge of moving to its competitor. There support email bounces back, their support advisors can’t help, and when I tried to download the original recording on the export page, the download can’t be expanded because it’s a bad file. This was all because of Adobe’s page erroring, as it always does.
