Instructions? Settings for SM7B?

I want to use Podcast Enhance v2 and have a subscription. Accordingly, I have two sliders.

1. Voice

2. Background

The default setting is 90/10.

1. Question: If I set it to 0/100, will there be no change?

2. Question: What are good values if you record reasonably well at home with a Shure SM7B? It feels like it quickly becomes robotic.

3.  Question: Why is the maximum change for speech at 100% and for background at 0%? Isn't that a bit strange?

I am grateful for any input. There are two sliders, but somehow it is never explained properly anywhere.
