Is Adobe Podcast Premium included in the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription?

Hi everyone, I am currently looking into the Adobe Creative Cloud Standard subscription for my audio work, but I wanted to clarify how it handles Adobe Podcast. Does the full Creative Cloud subscription include access to Adobe Podcast Premium features, or would I still need to purchase a separate, standalone subscription for Adobe Podcast after buying Creative Cloud? Any clarification on how this billing works would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
