It is really cool to launch a paid subcribtion without ANY support from Adobe. I have I question about some strange things happening, whom should I ask?

I cleaned up a file. It sounds perfect if I set Backround to 0, Music to 0, and Speech enhencement to 2%. But when I download it either throught the button in the bottom or the icon below the Speech section, I get a terrible speech with loss of words, distortions etc. Can I set these parameters before I send the file for processing? I yes, how to do it?
