Lost file

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble accessing one of my Adobe Podcast projects. I can open Adobe Podcast, but I can’t seem to access/manage a specific project anymore. I’m wondering if it may be linked to another Adobe account, but I’m not sure how to check this. I still have the link to the project.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to see which Adobe account a podcast project is connected to, or recover access to a project if it was created under a different account?

I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but I’d appreciate any advice from people who have experienced something similar.
