Missing group recording and transcript

Hello,

I recorded a podcast using Adobe Podcast with three guests. I had sent them the link but after the session, despite seeing the transcript on the screen, I was unable to access or download the recording or transcript. It subsequently disappeared. Now, the system says I don’t have access. It does not show up under my projects.

This was a one-time conversation, and I cannot re-record it. I was the host and launched the session from my account.

I now urgently need help recovering the file.

Is there’s any way to retrieve the recording and transcript?
