My Guests Audio Vanished!!!!!

My guest got the message that their files had uploaded and that thye could close the tab. However now it says the session didnt upload and I think Ive lost a 77 minute session!! Help!

Hi @Rhys249133419dfe , can you try closing the project and the browser tab, and then reopen it. Our recovery mechanism will start when the project is reopened. If the recovery mechanism doesn't work, let me know and I can further troubleshoot with you. In the meantime, if want to send me a template link of your project, I can see what might have gone wrong.
