No Access to Adobe Podcast Premium

I purchased the license in November 2024, but for the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to use it. The tool keeps prompting me to buy a new license. Adobe support confirmed that the license is active in my account, but they told me I need to post here to resolve the issue. How can a product I paid for still be in Beta status?

I have the ame problem here, just bought the Podcast Premium to try it fro 30 day and can't use it. is requesting subcribtion and then showing small windows sayiund isnt posible to get the premium becouse already have it in my my plan.

Hi @gibran_farid, Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the frustrating loop. The message you’re seeing (“can’t get Premium because it’s already in your plan”) usually means the purchase went through on one Adobe profile/account, but the app is currently signed into a different one. 

 

Let’s fix that in a couple quick steps:

1) Confirm the right Adobe account & profile

  • Go to account.adobe.com and sign in.
  • If you’re prompted to Choose a profile, pick the one you used to buy Premium (often Personal vs Company/School).
  • Open Plans and check that Podcast Premium shows as active on this profile.

 

Tip: If you purchased using “Continue with Google/Apple”, be sure to use that same button when you sign in.

2) Refresh Podcast

 

  • In your browser, go to podcast.adobe.com.
  • Click your avatar (top‑right) → Sign out.
  • Close all Podcast tabs, then open a new incognito window.
  • Sign back in with the same email/and profile that shows the active plan on account.adobe.com.
  • Try Enhance/Studio again.

Hi @Marcel_Berger_4BS , just confirming you are logging in with the email that is associated with your premium account? It sounds like maybe you created a new free account, which is why you'd be seeing a prompt to upgrade – but let me know!

 

Also, to confirm, our Studio feature is still in beta (regardless of whether you are a free or premium member).
