One record in my Adobe Podcast recording session is processing endlessly

Question

Hi, so I recorded a podcast session in Adobe Podcast and as always I waited for my files to done processing to export them. But one of the files never done processing (it’s been 2 days)

I tried refresh page, open it in different browsers, cleaning cookies. It seem stuck and because of that I can’t export original recordings

It might be helpful to add that during this session something happend and recording stopped on it’s own (I don’t think I encountered any connection isssue, because I could resume recording right away)

Is there anything I can do to export that file?

Hi Jakub, thank you for reaching out. Two days of processing is definitely not normal, and I'm sorry you're dealing with this.

The fact that the recording stopped on its own mid-session may be relevant here — it's possible the interruption affected that file's integrity, which could be why it's stuck. The troubleshooting steps you've already tried are good ones, but this likely needs a closer look on our end.

To help investigate, could you share your project as a template link?

Open the project in Studio
Click Share in the top right corner
Select Create template and share the link with me (please email me at hjiroudek@adobe.com)

One quick note — Studio is only supported on Google Chrome (desktop), so if you were testing in other browsers, those won't work for Studio specifically. That said, it sounds like Chrome is your primary setup, so this may not be the issue here. I’ll watch out for your email. Thanks!
