Original Recordings NOT WORKING!

CASE ID: ADB-46689972-T9W2

I recorded a podcast episode with JEFF HOLDER. I just downloaded our conversation as ORIGINAL RECORDINGS, so that I can obtain separate files for each speaker. After downloading, JEFF's video/audio wouldn't open, and there was an error message. I couldn't download my guest's individual audio file. This is the only time this has happened. I tried it 2-3 times. How do I obtain my guest's audio?.

The workaround I have working for me is to feed the corrupted .zip files to ChatGPT Desktop Codex mode and ask it to extract its content. Works flawlessly, I'm sure Claude can pull it off too.

Not sure if you've come up with a solution yet, but i have confirmed from Adobe support that they do not have a support team for podcasts and do not monitor these boards.

Wow! I can’t believe that crap! When I talked to Adobe reps via chat, they all told me to post in this community space because “it is monitored by the Adobe Podcast team.” Interesting. Nope -- haven’t resolved the problem yet. Thanks for the update.

I got the same thing. There's a fake email address they tell you to contact or they will tell you the team will be back in 15 minutes so start over with support then, but there is no team. They are just gaslighting users until we go away

It recorded just fine. I need to download both individual tracks for editing my podcast. When I downloaded the “Original Recordings,” my track downloaded just fine. My guest’s track, however, was non-existent. I don’t get it, and no one from Adobe Podcast is helping me. Very sad, frustrating, confusing, and pathetic.

I did my first recoding a few days ago and the recording cut out before we were done. I opened a second project to finish and that recording came out fine. i was able to download the originals of the second part, but every time i try to download original files of the first part my computer in unable to open the zip file at all. is your file claiming to be invalid too?
