ORIGINAL RECORDINGS NOT WORKING!!!

Why is nobody helping me?!?! I’ve talked to 10 different Adobe Podcast agents, and no one’s doing a dang thing about this. This is completely irritating, and my podcast editing is at a standstill until this is fixed! I recorded a podcast episode with JEFF HOLDER. I just downloaded our conversation as ORIGINAL RECORDINGS so that I could obtain separate files for each speaker. After downloading, JEFF's video/audio wouldn't open, and there was an error message. I couldn't download my guest's individual audio file. This is the only time this has happened. I tried it 2-3 times. How do I obtain my guest's audio?.
