Podcast recording will only download one speaker file

Hi all, 

I have recorded a podcast with two speakers in Adobe Podcast and would like to download the original recording with the two speakers as separate files, however, only one of them will download. The other one only downloads half of the file. Have tried this multiple times on multiple different computers over different internet connections and the problems persist. Is there any way to recover this file?? It plays fine online, so it’s all there.
