Premium Access - Upload 1-hour 12-minute file, only processes 1-hour

Question

Hi,

I have premium access, or at least that's what it's telling me since I have an annual subscription to Creative Cloud. When I upload my audio file that is well under the 1GB limit and only 1-hour and 12-minutes in length, I can only download 1-hour of the file.

What the AI does is simply amazing, but completely unusable if I can't get the entire file back for my edit.

Any ideas?

Hi @Reel Inspirations, thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to get your full file enhanced. That definitely isn't expected behavior is you're a premium member and haven't hit your daily enhance limit, which you should be able to see by clicking on your avatar in the top right-hand corner.
