Question about the Vocal Enhancer?

Well, it doesn't look as though anyone is getting questions answered, but since there seems to be no way to actually contact a Support person (unless somebody wants to tell me) here goes:

I occasionally use the  Adobe Podcast Voice Enhancer, free version. Today, for the first time, it rejected my mp3 file, stating that it was over 30minutesd long and couldn't be used unless I upgraded to Premium. This clip is barely over a minute! I want to know how to let this program know that they are wrong and get it to work without having to pay for yet another program.
