Refund request

Hello,

I tried Adobe Podcast Premium for a month.

I only used it for ONE MONTH, but Adobe has been charging me €12.09/month for the past 3 months without me noticing.

I'm requesting a refund. You charged my credit card for 3 months. I haven't used the site at all.

This is unreasonable.
Please make a gesture of goodwill.

I'm a student, I can't afford it.
