Speech Enchancer download issues

hello. i've been using speech enchancer yesterday without any issues, but today the download function stopped working for all of my files. it shows quick circular progress bar and nothing happens then. i'm a premium subscriber. i'm using safari on iphone. tried chrome to the same effect. clearing cookies and relogging in did not help either. please help.

    This also happens to me too; click download, it changes to 'downloading' then back to 'download' and nothing's happened. I tried on Firefox and Chrome on android with v2. Any solutions?

    Hey guys, I opened a support ticket with Adobe, and yesterday (August 8th) they told me the issue was resolved. I tested it and it's now working normally.

    I am having the same issue. and also using safari on an iphone

      Adobe don't answer too?

      I have same problem since 31/07/2025, open call, send e-mail... No answer

         I have the same problem with Samsung S24 Ultra, Samsung Internet or Chrome and I can't download anything
