Unable to Cancel Adobe Podcast Premium Free Trial & Subscription Issues

I am encountering a critical issue regarding my Adobe Podcast Premium Plan subscription and urgently need your assistance.
Problem 1: Subscription Cancellation
- I previously subscribed to the Adobe Podcast Premium Plan free trial (via Adobe's official platform).
- Now, I wish to cancel the free trial to avoid automatic charges, but the plan does NOT appear in my Adobe Account > Plans & Payments section.
- When contacting Adobe Customer Support, they claimed they "do not support any services about Podcast" and redirected me here.
Question:
Where can I officially cancel this subscription? Is there a hidden settings page or a direct cancellation link?
Problem 2: Complaint About Customer Support
- It is unreasonable that Adobe Support refused to handle a subscription issue related to an Adobe-branded service.
Question:
How can I formally escalate this issue? Is there a dedicated team or email for complaints about support quality?
Please advise on immediate steps to resolve this. Time is critical due to the trial period expiration.
