Unable to pay for upgrade to podcast premium.

When I attempt to get a free trial to podcast premium, my credit cards are not accepted. If I try to use paypal, after signing in to paypal, it sometiems says paypal is not available, other times it says I am not eligible for a free trial, press agree and subscribe to upgrade. When I do, it then tells me paypal is not available. 

Per suggestions from Gemini, I tried firefox, and then Chrome in incognito mode with the same results. Also tried using celular network only on my phone whth the same results. Gemini also suggested contacting Adobe help/chat for getting an internal Adobe fraud flag reset and the chat agent referred me back to podcast.adobe.

How do I upgrade to premium?
