Unknown error at adobe podcast enhance

I get an unknown error, it doesn’t matter if the file is .wav or .mp3, the size of the file is small (less than 2.3 MB) and it was tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, same error in all 3, the connection is stable and fast, so the only thing that comes to mind is a program failure, any solution from adobe side?

Was working perfect yesterday.

Following up on my initial post. Today, September 25, it’s already working correctly (at least at North America ). I’ve even uploaded 1-hour audios without issues — they were improved and downloaded successfully.

I'm experiencing a similar error. Regardless of file size and files being audio or video, the only information I'm given when attempting to upload files is "enhance failed" in the view that presents the file name, where it would typically say "enhancing speech". This has been the case for about 10 hours now.

FYI, I've had some luck using Safari, it just is taking a little while longer to process the files

I am experiencing the same problem. In my case, it gets stuck in a loop when upgrading the audio.

Update:

It appears that the problem has been resolved, but there is a delay in processing the audio. This may be due to high demand on the servers as a result of the problem that has occurred.
