Using Adobe Podcasts for my podcasts.

Hi!  I have been doing a golf improvement related podcast for about 12 years.  Most recently, record interviews using Libsyn Connect, recording intros and outros using my Podtrak P4.  Then connect these together using  Adobe Audition - and some light editing (adding some spacing, deleting some things, and some audio enhancements.

Can I do pretty much the same in Adobe Podcast?  Pull in audio pieces, edit and connect them, enhance and remove noise, upload wav and mp3 files?  It looks like I may be able to.  Is there a good guide somewhere for doing this if it is possible?

I want to continue to do podcasts, but want to down size some from the past in terms of costs.
