V2 is ALWAYS down?

I have been meaning to try v2 for a while but it only ever seems to be down anytime I visit it/ mean to use it. Who's using all the juice here (in the US so it could be our bummy infrastructure)

Glad to see someone posting about this. I've been editing for the last few hours and it hasnt been working for me either. Anyone here know when it was last working?
