What Happened to Adobe Podcast Enhance Quality?

Whatever changes that were made to the Podcast Enhance are HORRIBLE between Today February 24th and the last time I used it on February 11th, 2025. Well at least they are horrible for my use.
V1 is not the same quality - background sound is distorted
V2 completely removes background sound that is necessary to my recording

I use this for spoken word while playing a string instrument. Voice sounds good but the string instrument is horribly distorted in V1 and is non-existant in V2.

I have the Pro version and I pay monthly. Beyond disapointed, and it is usless to me now. I don't understand why V1 was tampered with knowing that V2 was being launched. V1 prior to these changes was AMAZING. What did you do Adobe and why???

I was able to pull in some of the "string instument" sound in V2 using the background slider but the quality is just not where I need it to be for my purpose and for what I was used to in V1. I totally get why V2 would be useful and necessary for eliminating background hums - buzzes etc. Just wish that V1 wasn't messed with as it was solid as is.
