Will Adobe Podcast Record Offline?

I lost my last project. Was nearing an hour and a half recording time. Sometime after the 12 minute mark it looks like I lost connection and it only recorded that much. Kind of a bummer since I had a pretty high rated city official on the show.

My question, am I able to record offline and upload to the project when I get connection? What would be the best way to handle this?
