A XD file is constantly reconnecting, can't edit or even close the file.

I have this one file out of all my files that when I open it's constantly reconnecting, I can't edit or even close the file, I need to force quit it. I have tried signing out and back in, and even on a different device, but it still happens. And this doesn't happen to my other files, just to this one.

I have in this file prototype links and comments to my client, and I have no way of accessing it.

See the attached photos, this is what I see one after the other, and to no end.
