Adobe XD White Screen/Crash

Question

Before you beging, please know that I have uninstalled the app, I have re-started my machine.  Nothing works.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please update the XD to the latest version, as we have fixed the issue.

If the issue is not fixed with latest build please refer the following thread to troubleshoot the issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/troubleshooting-adobe-xd-crashes-white-screen-on-launch-on-windows-10/td-p/10602095.

Let me know if this doesn't fix the problem.
