Adobe XD Windows Assigned Access (Kiosk)

Hey everyone,

 

My current situation is somewhat janky, but its resulted in requiring us to use Adobe XD through Windows' built in kiosk mode (aka assigned access). In the menu of applications, luckily Adobe XD was in that list, however after switching to the kiosk account, Adobe XD is stuck on the loading screen. It doesn't go the main menu or request any files to open. Is there anyway I can get pass the loading screen through Windows' kiosk mode? I'm on Windows 11 currently but perhaps this would work better on Windows 10?

    Hi @Alec Wong ,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you confirm if XD is stuck on the logo screen? If yes, please try the suggestions shared here and also will it be possible for you to test XD outside of KIOSK mode?
