Cannot find a download link or the app in CC for Adobe XD

Hi there, anyone else having issues just locating the app download button? I'm trying to transition from Sketch to this and I've been trying for hours at this point with no luck. I even downloaded the Windows Desktop app for CC, and am unable to find it there. Thanks for any help.

@Adept_Sunbeam5E44 unfortunately, you need to have purchased the whole CC subscription to get it. Even though you may have upgraded your plan (not knowing if this is all of the apps), you do need to wait for the waiting period. I know sounds insane, but, I do know it takes at least 24 hours (worse case scenario, 48 hours) for XD to shop up in your applications. https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms.

Scroll all the way down until you see Xd, but youhave to wait at least 24 hours to show up.

Same problem, no XD download available anywhere.

You need to DM Adobe support so they can resolve it. This a long running issue. Adobe seems to be trying to keep new users from the application (it is in maintaince mode). Unless you are needing to work on an existing project that is fine, but I would not start anything new using Adobe XD.

I have the same problem. I already have the full Creative Cloud with all Appcliactions. But I don't found in the Creative Cloud (Program) and in my Adobe Account (Browser) the Adobe XD Application or a download link.

I have solved the problem! I logged into the CC on my Mac using my colleague's account. Downloaded Adobe XD on my Mac. She logged out of CC again and I logged in with my CC. So I was able to use Adobe XD. One day later, after logging in again, Adobe XD suddenly appeared in the CC as if by magic.

I'm having the same issue. I have a team account and have been granted access to Adobe XD, a week ago. I can see it being under my account on the account info but I can not see the app in my Creative Cloud. I need to dowloand Adobe XD ASAP for my work.

We have an enterprise account, and some individuals can access Adobe XD in their Creative Cloud apps, but I cannot. I used it previously and recently switched to a new laptop. Although Adobe XD is installed on my old laptop, which must be returned, it is no longer in my list of apps. It has been several months, and our account administrator has been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Despite some users having access to this option, it does not appear in my list of apps for installation.

Same issue. All other apps are showing, but not XD. It shows under my apps included in my plan, on adobe's website but not my Creative Cloud.

Hi guys,

I had the same issue, and found the easiest solution. For anyone who's not able to find Xd in their CC, you can now easily start the download by simply following this link: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/xd

This will prompt to open CC, and when you accept it will immediately start downloading Xd.

Make sure you are logged in via https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ first before opening the link, otherwise you will get a "Page Not Found" error!

Hi, I also just bought the Adobe CC plan which includes XD as well but I am not able to see XD in the apps not from the searching either. I tried the link provided in "Correct answers" but it shows my system does not meat the minimum requirements for this app and I am running it on Macbook M2 Pro 2023. Is there anyone who can help me out on this? Thanks!
