Changes are being lost

When collaborating or not, changes are lost. The file seems to reload (seeing the loading progress bar) and then the last few minutes of updates are gone. Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out. This generally happens when the file is not synced, and it looks like your Creative Cloud Sync is not up to date, so please try the suggestions shared here and let us know if this helps.
