Create groups not showing on right click in library

I want to organize my components and I can't get the create group to pop up on my iMac or my Macbook pro. I have the latest version of XD. When I select and right click it only gives me this:

    I think I found the answer - this library is locked so I probably don't have permissions to make groups.
