Document history stoped showing

For a few days I'm not albe to acces document (version) history for some of my cloud documents. 

Adobe XD is up to date (56.1.12.1).

When I try to open document history dialog I get a message: 

 

Event when accesing trough the adobe cloud web interface (https://assets.adobe.com/...)
i get "Cannot load document hisotry"

 

This issue only affects some documents that have been changed in the last few months. Very old ones, those made today, behave as expected.

Same! I did not save copies of past versions as it was stored for me. This is a huge deal for me.

How come there is no response? I'm seeing the same issue, XD 56.1.12.1 arm64, Creative Cloud Sync 6.5.0.24 on macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (M1 Max), everything CC-related is the latest available version.

I can confirm that the web version expects exactly like the one of the OP with document history not available. I need this feature fixed ASAP, this a frickin paid product and document history has been touted as an essential feature. Otherwise I'd be making duplicate files.

I have the exact same issue with XD version 56.1.12.1 on a Ventura 13.3.1 Macbook. This is affecting my workflow and a serious trust issue with Adobe cloud services. You have basically lost my stored files.
