Error 2161

Hello i keep getting error 2161 on my adobe xd document

I have everything up to date, tried to log out then re log in

Restarted my computer

Basically did everything i could see on previous posts and i still can't access my document which is due tonight

Please help

    Hi @Diego29743375ymeo, as I never had that error and as far as I've been seeing it happens to cloud files, I'd check the solution here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/team-not-able-to-open-shared-cloud-document-due-to-error-2161/td-p/13224094 

     

    Lucky me found a simple solution, that really works:

     

    1.  Go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents 
    2. Duplicate broken cloud document (This will still containt original published link AND can be opened again!!!)

       

       

    3. Switch to original name (rename old one to something else)
    4. When creating a new library you'll be asked to reconnect to existing one.
    5. Voila!


    Now we can go on updating our library 🥳"
