Error 69:-1:-1 while publishing

I'am getting this error everytime I try to Publish my XD designs to create public link

    Sorry for the delay in response. Aparna, if you have an Enterprise account with Adobe, I'd recommend creating a ticket with the support using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

    If this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of Adobe XD and the Operating System,
    2. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work or school network?
    3. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    4. Have you tried creating a link using a different presets in view settings to check if it's happening with a specific preset?

    Hi Rishabh,

     

    Below are the required details:

     

    The version of Adobe XD - 5.0.12.8 (can't update to a newer version because of some IT restrictions)

    Operating System - Windows 10

    Connected to a private network

    Its happening with each file, even with new ones.

    Have you tried creating a link using a different presets in view settings to check if it's happening with a specific preset? - not aware of how to do so.
