Fonts missing in adobe xd

Everytime I restart my computer my fonts won't load in adobe xd. When i use another program, like illustrator the fonts shows up without any problems. But in xd it keeps saying that the fonts are missing, even though they are activated.

Hi there,

I am having the same problem and I am at my wits end!
Every single font i've ever downloaded i've never had a problem with. Now one paticular font I need for a client and boom, doesn't work. It is on my system, I am using a Mac and only have the default fonts book as management. My XD is up to date. When trying to use this paticular font it goes to a default font instead and I cant work out why! I've reinstalled the font, restarted XD, restarted my comp, got another collegaue to try and use the font on their XD. And nothing. Yet the font works perfectly fine on Illustrator and Photoshop etc? What is the issue as I need this resolving ASAP :'(
