Free version of XD vs. payment version

Hi,

We are a small company of 5 people who are using the free version of Adobe XD in a proces of designing an app.

Our designer just found out that she can't use the free version anymore because she can't create more than one prototype.

She would like to know that if she upgrade Adobe XD and get the payment version and then creates new prototypes are the rest of us able to see the prototypes in the free version - or do we all need to pay for Adobe XD in order to see her work??

Thank you so much,

Best

Sidsel

No, you don’t need to have a license to see her shared prototypes!

Adobe has acknowledged an issue in the version 50 update of XD, but there seems to be a straightforward workaround...

Instead of launching XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, try starting it from elsewhere – namely, from the Windows Start menu or the macOS Dock/Launchpad...

Then choose the "Exit XD" button, but see if it still runs.
