HP A9 Laptop - Adobe XD open and crash immediately. please help me to fix it.

Today i'm installed adobe xd in my laptop. after install finished i tried to open adobe xd, but it open and close immediately. what is the reason for it?

My Laptop Hardware Details

Hard Drive :- 1TB

RAM :- 8GB

VGA :- RADEON R5 (4GB)

Processor :- AMD A9 9420, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C + 3G 3.00Hz
