I can't install Adobe XD in Windows 11 (error 505)

My company upgraded the laptops we work on to Windows 11. I was able to install Creative Cloud, from which programs like Photoshop and Illustrator installed without any problems. The only one I can't seem to install is Adobe XD. It loads to 88%, then stops and gives me a 505 error: Uninstall BeyondTrust Powerbroker. The problem is, I don't have any Powerbroker components installed. I'm stuck, and it's the only software I can't install. Can you please help me?

Are you able to test it with another machine? Can any coworker with Adobe try installing it?

Adobe Xd is a UWP app and needs extra permissions to install, unlike other Adobe apps. I also see you need the "Secondary Logon” service to be active, in order to install UWP apps successfully.

Not sure how work machines, permissions, etc are being managed in your company, perhaps whoever's in charge of servicing them can help out?

You can check out that thread with a similar issue and the correct answer as well.

I haven't had issues installing it on Windows 11 myself.
