Libraries are not reflecting in XD and Creative Could

We have few libraries shared across team on XD which was earlier visible to me in XD as well as on Creative Cloud App. But now for last 15 days I am not able to see those in XD and app but it is visible on Web. 

I am not able to use those in XD as its not apearing there in XD. Tried uninstalling and installing cloud, refreshing app, resharing libraries from admin side. 

FYI - Using MAC

Hello Akshay,

  Here issue is with Cloud syncing, which is not happening properly.

This post has solution HERE . Please try once, let us know if it doesn't get resolve.

Thanks for reply but this is not working and showing error that "The application 'CCLibrary' is not open anymore".
