no tengo aceso a los links publicados en Adobe Xd

presento problemas par ver los links a los prototipos publicados en mi cuenta

    We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing the XD links. We would like to know a few more details like-

     

    • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
    • Is it happening with all the links or with a specific links?
    • Would you mind telling us the country region you are located in?
    • Have you tried switching to a different network like VPN?

    Hola Harshika

     

    Actualmente el problema de acceso está solventado, no obstante te comparto algunos la información que solicitas en caso que requieran replicar la falla para hacerle segumiento:

     

    1.- Fallo el acceso a todos los links de los archivos publicados en creative cloud (enlaces de adobe XD)

    2.- Accedo desde Caracas Venezuela

    3.- No utilizo VPN
